Meet Our Co-Host
Anara Asylbekova is a Vice President of Projects Portfolio and Innovations, primarily contributing to the healthcare sector in the UAE, originally from Kazakhstan. With a rich background in managing critical COVID-Response initiatives and technology portfolios in both healthcare and fintech sectors, she exemplifies versatility and strategic acumen. Anara holds an impressive array of certifications, including PfMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-DASSM, PMO-CP, ITIL, and PSPO, which complement her extensive professional experiences. Her role at AgileMentor.me as a Creative Facilitator sees her employing innovative methodologies like Lego Serious Play and Wicked Problem Solving, along with Value Stream Mapping, to drive organizational and team transformations. As a dedicated PMI Chapter volunteer, she commits her time to nurturing the project management community. Her academic pursuits have led her to a doctoral candidacy, focusing on the intersection of AI and Portfolio Management. Anara is also a co-author of "Mastering Solution Delivery", "Green PMO", and "Evolution of the PMO" books. Blending her professional expertise with personal interests, Anara co-authored Little Project Manager with her family—a book that introduces project management to children and has since grown into an educational company dedicated to promoting project management life skills from an early age in schools.
